Yes, this is correct. You don't want to make PTRs (reverse records)
for virtual sites; make them only if the site is the only one on the
IP, or the 'main' site on the IP (ie: the first site under the IP in
httpd.conf).
A PTR tells the server which site to return when someone types in the
IP directly, so if you do it for your virtual sites you'll confuse
the server and in reality, be telling it to return a bunch of sites
for one IP.
