What Cobalt product do you have? Our RaQ4r came with Chilisoft on it, and I
was able to go to the Chilisoft web site and ask for an upgrade and they
sent it to me.. Along with Spice pack.. :)

Requirements:
All Cobalt Updates installed as of June 2001.
You can find Cobalt Software Updates at:
http://www.cobalt.com/support/download
You can download the upgrades from:
Host: ftp.chilisoft.com
Port: 21
Username: cobalt
Password: asp4bluesun
filenames:
RaQ3-chiliasp-3.6.0.pkg
RaQ4-chiliasp-3.6.0-P1.pkg
spicepack-cobalt-1.1.pkg
Once you have these files, ftp upload them to
a directory /home/packages and use the Cobalt UI to
install these packages normally.
Install 3.6.0 prior to installing the SpicePack.
If you have any issues with this upgrade at any stage,
contact Chilisoft Support at chili.tech@xxxxxxx immediately.
Attempts at self-fixing usually aggravates the situation.
