The .htaccess had nothing to do with it..  the "domain.tld/admin" is for the
main admin panel of the RaQ, only admin has that privilege..  You need to go
to "domain.tld/siteadmin" for those people checked off as being the "Site
Admin"..  Try that... I was confused at first too, but I found the answer in
the archive...  :)
