It seems like your ISP did not enable 'POP before SMTP relaying', which I
wouldn't, and your trying to use your own SMTP server to send mail.
If you have a dedicated IP address at the location you are sending mail
from, just put that IP in 'Relay for the following Hosts/Domains'. If you
don't, then use the SMTP server of your ISP to send messages.
