I can never access my own SMTP server when dialled-up through Earthlink.
Using their mail server seems to work fine, even with addresses in my own
domain. You could advise your users to do it this way, or you could just
port-forward your SMTP server from another port; i.e., run 'redir' to
listen on port 2525 and forward to localhost:25. Tell your clients how to
change their MUAs.
