[cobalt-users] Maximum Hard disk size

Hi there,

Found one previous case concerning the maximum disk size ( Limited to 32 Gb
because of an old BIOS), but this is still not very explicit.
If you check out the different disk sizes Sun proposes for it's RaQ's you'll
see that the maximum they propose is 30 Gb, because of this problem !!!

So here are my questions :
* Is anyone aware of Cobalt ( Sun ) making a move towards a newer version of
it's motherboard
* a solution to force a RaQ 3 or 4 to recognise a bigger hard disk.

Up to now I managed to make a copy an original 10 Gb Hard disk onto a a 41Gb
disk an make it boot. However afterwards I cannot manage to install the
official patches :-((

Some of you might wonder why the heck we want to use 41 Gb disks??
Simple question, simple answer,
We offer 1 Gb of HD space to all our customers :-)) And believe me people
manage to fill it up.

Any ideas ???
