If you're using Matt Wright's FormMail script, you are opening up
your server to become a free-for-all for spammers all over the
internet. This script is easily exploited - search the archives for
alternatives or patches.
If you insist on using this script on your server, make sure that you
chmod the script to 755, that you have uploaded it in ASCII format as
the site administrator, and that your path to perl (the first line in
the script) is set to /usr/bin/perl.
Your path to Sendmail, btw, is /usr/sbin/sendmail.
