I strongly suggest you check out CommuniGate Pro from Stalker Software -
http://www.stalker.com.
It is *very* scalable, it can cluster, there is even a system they have
specifically for RaQs with StaQware (if one unit fails, the other boots up
in its place).
It has a great webmail facility, and powerful rules handling.
I love it to bits! (as a user, not seller <g>)
