I honestly don't see why you'd use a Cobalt for this, as you'd use almost
none of the built-in functionality that's geared toward running multiple
Web sites. Clearly, the Web control panel wasn't designed with your kind
of project in mind, and the default passwd-based authentication system
probably can't handle 25k users very well. I have a hunch that Sendmail on
the Raq3 has a problem, but I have yet to confirm this scientifically.
