I think there's some confusion....the "webmaster" name is the default user
name for front page...not the site.
So the admin name could be goldylocks with a password of badwolf,
but when goldylocks publishes, he/she has to tell Front Page that
the 'webmaster' name is whateever(it defaults to webmaster) with a
password of whatever you give it.
