Hey all,
I hope this isn't too OT, but this seems to be the best place to
find information about people using ColdFusion with Interbase. I
think this is only place in fact. (I subscribe to Borland's
Interbase user group and several Coldfusion groups and they
haven't been a lot of help as they use one or the other, but not
together.)
For those of you using ColdFusion and Interbase, I'm assuming you
develop databases in Access and your code on a Windows desktop.
How do to make the jump to your RaQ? I figured out how to convert
the databases (using the SQL2GDB tool), but my CF code is broken
all over the place. How are CF code/SQL statements different
between the Access and Interbase? Are there some standard rules I
need to follow or an Access/Interbase SQL conversion table
somewhere that can make converting easier?
Any advice, pointers or resources would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks (and sorry to those who hate OT posts)!
Jen
