Look at DNSCache and DNSChildren options in the /etc/webalizer.conf file. DNSChildren should be non-zero. Also there is the ability to have command-line overrides for those options, so check the script that calls Webalizer for any settings that are done on the command line. I believe there is also a DNS readme file associated with Webalizer, though I don't remember where it hides.
