Hi All,
I've been watching this list for a while now and I've found it very helpful.
I've never used mod_perl before, but I enabled it today by adding the
following into my srm.conf file on my RAQ XTR:
<Files ~ "\.cgi$">
SetHandler perl-script
PerlHandler Apache::Registry
Options ExecCGI
</Files>
However, after I did this my scripts ran into permission problems when
trying to access certain files. It seems that under mod_perl, the scripts
no longer run under the wrapper. Is this correct? If so, is there a way to
get the wrapper to work together with mod_perl or at least a way to get the
scripts to run under permissions of the user who owns the script?
Thanks in advance,
Olaf
BTW, I have searched the archives on this. :-)
