Well, they'd have to prove that you're actually serving up some kind
of content with your server. After all, no ISP can tell you what OS
you can or cannot have on your home machine - they can only tell you
how you can use your bandwidth.
Just because someone's running WinNT, 2K, or even a *nix box, it
doesn't mean they acting as a true "server".
