On the RaQ you set up a site for host.domain.com, where host may or may
not be "www".
Then you check a box if you also want it to work when someone types in
domain.com without the hostname. You may only do this latter checkmark
for ONE of your domains; not for both of them.
Only one of the "hosts" may accept web hits for the domain without the
hostname. Same with email; only one of the "hosts" may accept email for
the domain without the hostname.
