Nick you can run all of your install scripts in the Cobalt cgi-bin admin
directory,
which has full root privileges and the CGI Wrapper disabled.
It's also password protected like your Cobalt admin GUI.

Subject: [cobalt-users] Disabling CGI Wrapper
I've searched the archives and tried the solutions found there but none
have seemed to work.
Does anyone know how to temporarily disable the cgi-wrap for a virtual
site on a RAQ4r ?? I have to run an install cgi script which for some
reason will not run under the Cobalt installed cgi-wrapper.
Thanks in Advance
Nick
