Brad, I think our NOC is the same - only the offer I received was to 
add another 128MB stick for a one-time fee of $29 (no monthly 
recurring fee like the original poster had). Since I was starting 
with 128 whereas you were starting with 256, perhaps that was the 
price difference?
Maybe not, maybe we're on completely different NOCs who both got the 
same idea at the same time. :)
I also jumped on the deal.
