The user quota includes mail...so if this user has a lot of unread mail,
OR they have their mail client set to NOT remove messages from the server,
a lot of mail stays on the server.
You might check with the user to see if they have the mail client set to
remove messages from the server when they check their mail.
Of course, on the evil side, you could suggest they move "up a notch" in
terms of space rented (g).
