[cobalt-users] Qube 3 booting problem

Hi!

We installed over the interface of the qube the "new" 6.1 OS Update
on our Qube 3. It seems that the qube dl´ed it correctly from Cobalt
and it reboots automaticly. But after that first (automaticly) reboot
the qube comes up but we can´t log in - 404 error. But we got the
main-page with the image. Then we did a manually reboot. Now the
system is stuck. We can´t reach anything via the browser and on the
display of the qube is written: "booting..." with the nice
Cobalt-Logo. We tried another reboot after 15 minutes, but still the
same.

What can we do??? Nothing found in the knowledge base...

The "service request" is 95 Euro? Nice joke.... Our qube is nearly
half a year old and I´m definately not gonna pay 95 Euro (200
Deutsche Mark / DM!) for a "simple service" request. Or how does this
"expensive feature" work?
