[cobalt-users] DNS zones wont transfer to secondary

RAQ3 = Primary
Win2k = Secondary

Both system have been up for over a year working fine. We just recently
change our DSL circuits out for a full T-1. We changed our IP structure in
one weekend and waited for name resolution (slow process) and now our
customers are getting their email and the web sites are hitting, the only
glitch is the RAQ3 will not transfer zone records to the Win2k secondary.
Yet they have been working together for the past year. The exact error from
the Windows 2000 dns is below, the RAQ3 seems to be refusing the zone
transfer. I have tried this with other windows 2000 systems and narrowed it
down to a RAQ3 problem. I have pulled records and verified that the
secondary is the right IP and domain. All looks good, what am I missing?

Any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Thanks

Description:
Zone transfer request for secondary zone domain.com refused by master server
at 123.123.123.123. Check the zone at the master server 123.123.123.123 to
verify that zone transfer is enabled to this server. To do so, use the DNS
console, and select master server 123.123.123.123 as the applicable server,
then in secondary zone domain.com Properties, view the settings on the Zone
Transfers tab. Based on the settings you choose, make any configuration
adjustments there (or possibly in the Name Servers tab) so that a zone
transfer can be made to this server.
