Wait until tomorrow and check the stats. They are located at
http://www.yourdomain.com/~stats
for each site on your box. The processing runs at 4am with the normal nightly processing.
If you want to see if the install went OK, look for webalizer.pl in your daily.cron directory. That should call /usr/bin/webalizer2.pl which does the meat of the processing.
If you're bored, read through /etc/webalizer.conf to get a feel for the options you have.
