Oooh, this is sneaky - I like it!!
In my "welcome to foobar.com hosting" letter, I give explicit
instructions on where they'll land when they ftp into the machine and
how they should move UP two folders until they see "logs","users",
"web" and possibly "certs". The "web" they find there is the one they
publish their web site in.
I know that YOU know this, just telling you that I explain it to my
cu's beforehand, in the same letter where they get their login info.
It usually keeps those questions from popping up. (Usually)
