Check out http://www.cleanmail.com/. I have not tried it, but plan on
testing it. It has a free trial and is user-based pricing. I plan to include
the service in a higher hosting package for customers or let them pay for it
(if it works). Please let me know directly if anyone tries or has tried it,
it will be a month or two before I get a chance.
