I used to work for Red Hat's eBusiness Solutions division. We charged
$180.00 per hour for technical support, primarily for our ecommerce
development platform, Interchange. This fee however could include
sys-admin time or senior perl developer assistance. I thought the prices
were a little steep, you have to make sure your clients are extremely
satisfied at those rates.
