Following on from this from flash22 i ended up here:

http://www.impsec.org/email-tools/procmail-security.html this looks very
good, haven't played yet but it is definitely on the right track.  Anyone
fancy a go and reporting back to the list.  I would but I'm a bit busy at
the moment getting my expenses paid!!
