Check your settings in:
/etc/miva.conf
http://www.miva.com/docs/empresa/unixconfig/ConfigEmpresa_Unix.html
and:
/etc/miva/authfile
http://www.miva.com/docs/empresa/Empresa_UnixAuth.pdf
Use the above manuals to set things right.
BUT, most likely the files above are not changed by the update.
Please check your /etc/httpd/conf/srm.conf file for the following lines:
# === BEGIN MIVA CONFIGURATION ===
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin /home/sites/home/cgi-bin
AddType application/x-miva .mv
Action application/x-miva /cgi-bin/miva
# === END MIVA CONFIGURATION ===
