1. The products are BUGGY, they crash a lot, and YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT
it because it's all wrapped up in that buggy, unextensible Web interface.
2. You call for texh support UNDER WARRANTY and you get 15 choices of voice
mail, followed by the announcement that they'll charge you $95 just for
saying HI to you.
3. They then recommend you use this crappy WebX forums interface to discuss
your problems, but no one at Sun appears to GIVE A FLYING FLiP that I have a
Sun Raq3 running a major part of my ISP email and NO ONE CAN CHECK THEiR
GODDMANED MAIL because the Raq3 Web Interface gives be a "disk error" but
when I access it to find out what it is, all I am awarded is frigging
INTERNAL SERVER ERROR.
SCREW SUN
SCREW COBALT
SCREW IT ALL
If anyone cares about my problems, please feel free to contact me. I am
beyond frustrated with Cobalt, Sun and the rest of the Ivory tower crowd
that work for them. But don't send me email, I CAN'T CHECK IT because it's
on a Raq3 POS.
Sincerely,
Joe Hyde
