Erica, that is what I and many of my fellow employees believed when Cisco
Systems swallowed up our Telco mfg company without even a burp. One year
later they offered the  90 day deal to most of the employees. You know, the
infamous "find another job in the Company in 90 days or you are laid off..."
deal. They say laid off because someone touts his "We don't fire you
here..." motto...
Anyway, my best wishes to the Cobalt team....
