Don't use FTP with FrontPage sites, except for CGI scripts. It screws it up.
You can try opening the site "live" in FrontPage and click on Tools and
Recalculate Hyperlinks to see if it fixes it. FrontPage is not an either/or.
You either use FP or FTP and not both.
