Yes yes yes, I am almost sure I'm having dns issues relating to the fact
that I can't get my other 98 box to connect either. There was a bunch of dns
entries in the box before I restored it to a Qube2, and now they are gone,
and I don't know anything about dns to be able to put them in there... can
anyone point me to an example I might follow? Or a clue how to start?
By the way, ftp takes a year and a half... so maybe this is the problem.

I'm wondering if it's the DNS problem mentioned before on other threads,
where the Qube is waiting for a reverse lookup that doesn't get found
(because of the 192.x address.) If so, it takes about 45 seconds to get a
login prompt through telnet.
