*As a rule* when wanting to boot from CDROM, you set the system bios (AMI,
AWARD, PHOENIX) to boot from CDROM.  If you cannot select CDROM, It will not
boot from your Cobalt restore disk.  The bios selects CDEF based on the IDE
HARD DRIVE and the appropriate partition theron.  CDROMS are like floppy,
and a different item to the bios.
