Hi,
I have a RAQ3 server. I would like to set it up as a secondary mailserver,
i.e. there is one mailserver fred with mx priority of 10. When this goes
down, the second one, the RAQ3 machine, receives all email, holds onto it
until the primary comes back up, then forwards all email.
I understand that to do this I need to set up an SMTP Server, but I'm not
entirely sure how to do this with the RAQ3 settings. Anyone got any tips?
Do I have to do more than use the web based setup that has the following
parameters I can set:
Max Message Size; Smart Relay Host Name; Relay for the following
Hosts/Domains; Host/Domain Aliases; Reject the following
Users/Hosts/Domains; POP BEfore SMTP Relaying; Relay Window (minutes).
If I have to do more, any pointers on what I have to setup?
Many thanks,
Roland.
