Funny way of spelling "unheard of". Okay, I exaggerate,
but I shouldn't think it gets ordered much in Dublin, for
instance.

Jays. It's bad enough mixing it with bitter, but with lager?

In the UK a "half and half" is a mix of mild and bitter.
Seeing as only the most traditionally minded pubs serve
mild, you'll be lucky to get it, and most younger bar
staff won't know what it is.

http://www.ivo.se/guinness/bnt.html should help answer most
questions, tho' some of the information is from the Guinness
Import Co., and so highly suspect.
