Relaying is only allowed IF:
1. The IP or domain is listed in the "Relay for the following Hosts/Domains"
field in Server management, or:
2. POP before SMTP is enabled, and they have checked their mail, and
relaying is done within the allotted timespan.
In other words, relaying can still be denied even if you have an account.
I've been unable to relay several times, even though I certainly do have an
account on the server (I own the thing!).
