Dan is right. The way your box is set up now, no one will be able to
relay through your box.
If you follow the other advice you've been given in two previous
emails and turn on Pop before SMTP, then people WILL be able to SMTP
through the box - anyone with an account can send email through once
they've checked their mail. (Even if they don't use email on the box,
it still gives them a POP box by default when the account it made).
(Yeah yeah, I know - I forgot to turn the filter back on when I moved
back over to 98 and reinstalled Poco.)
