Bit of an educated guess here but those two messages happen to us when no
users have been created and when no-one has visited the URL. Hence there is
no logfile as no-one has visited. We have changed nothing on the permissions
etc. We just simply make sure we make a user for the site, and then visit
the URL once when we add it to our server.
