So, if you uploaded as paulb, his quota is 20 megs...so if you
sent up 30 megs...he exceded his quota
Site quota and user quota are not the same...they each have limits...and
with multiple users...the total space used by all the users is restricted
by the site quota.
Example...you have a 100 meg site and create 5 users with a quota for
each one of 30 megs....if each one really tries to use 30 megs, the
total will be 150 megs...which puts the site over the 100 meg quota.
It gets interesting when the users set their pop clients to NOT delete
mail from the server...the mail stays on the server...and sooner or later,
either the user quota is exceeded...or, if you gave the user the same
quota as the site, the site goes over quota.
