Hi Thom,
I had the same question some time ago. Not sure what system you use however.
After trying a lot, I gave up cause the additional nameservers where somehow
not supported on the raq3 of me and were not updated in the zonetransfers.
I you manage to succeed please let me know cause I'm very interested then.
