i use Outlook 2K and Outlook Express.. both are very simple to view the
headers, im sure your mail client can do it.

Outlook 2K - right click the mail in your inbox and select 'options' and it
shows you the headers at the bottom.

Outlook Express - right click the mail in your inbox and select 'properties'
then click the 'details' tab.
