[cobalt-users] RaQ4 Patches Page BACKWARDS

There were 2 patches for a RaQ4 released yesterday.
Before installing these patches as we are supposed to do, from bottom 
to top, READ THE INFO in the patches. They're posted BACKWARDS!!!

The "Security: Telnet" patch says that the "Update: Special 
Characters" patch must be installed first - yet the Telnet patch is 
posted *under* the Characters patch, meaning that users who don't 
read the requirements will install it first (bottom to top).

This needs to be fixed - I know that people should read before 
clicking, but you can't rely on that common sensibility. :)
