Then sshd should have been enabled in runlevel 3 by default, methinks.
I haven't installed this particular package, so I couldn't tell with
absolute certainty.
Do a "chkconfig --list". It'll tell you exactly which service is on for
which runlevel.
Have you installed ipchains?

Portsentry doesn't scan port 22 by default, but you might want to look at
portsentry.conf.
Mine is at /usr/psionic/portsentry, but you could have installed it
elsewhere.

Sorry, I have no idea. Webmin is a complete system to administer a Linux
system via a webbrowser. The shell feature is just one of its many features.
People have set it up on RaQs, but I haven't toyed with it myself and
probably won't.
Other than installing your own personal r00tkit, I wouldn't know.
