If you really want to change this, the file index.html template
is at /etc/skel/group/en_US/web/index.html

For every site that is created, the files in this dir is
processed and saved as the main page of the new vsite.

This file is a template and have placeholder for domain name
[DOMAIN]  You can also include more files to be automatically
added to each new site but only index.html is parsed and
populated with the domain info.

The files are saved and owned by user 'nobody'
