[cobalt-users] RaQ3 - New PHP 4.0.6 issue

Thank you all for the advice so far, it has been
very helpful.

As specified in the archives I went in and
made the necessary changes in /usr/sbin/apxs
- Line 80 and line 203 (fixes for the make install
errors regarding httpd path and unknown option S).
The make install went fine after these changes.
Then I made the necessary changes in the
httpd.conf and the srm.conf - When I tried to
issue a 'httpd stop' command I received the
following error:

could not load ..../libphp4.so module. ...../libphp4.so line 33 undefined
symbol: php_regcomp

I am stumped, I tried checking my php.ini file
and could find no reference to that variable.
Please help me, I am reaching the end of my rope.
