In /etc/crontab you'll find the crontab entries for when the cron.*
folders are gone through.
The entry for cron.daily is this:
02 4 * * * root run-parts /etc/cron.daily
Which means it runs at 02 minutes after the 4th hour every day.
That's what you change if you want it to run at a different time.
For example, for 6:30 am it would be:
30 6 * * * root run-parts /etc/cron.daily
