[cobalt-users] Virtual Site Space

I've read that when creating an admin user account
under a virtual site, the amount of disk space allowed
for that user will also be the amount the site has
available.  When you create a virtual site you enter
the amount of disk space they have available so I was
wondering how exactly this worked.  If I create a
virtual site with 100 megs of disk space available,
then create an admin user under that site with 100
megs of disk space assigned, does that does that
essentially give that site 200 megs on my machine?
