I have never used ISDN.
But if they are "collecting" your mail, You have to connect
and get the mail
for your server don't you?
Which may mean you need an Email Aliases entry in
"site-settings" (GUI).
Sorry, to answer with a question, maybe someone else is
familiar with ISDN.
