Sure, this will work for the poster. But it might not be feasible to ask
all of your users who are pulling content via a cache server to do that and
adding a query string (this is usually done with a random #) is pretty ugly
and will prevent the page from being indexed by some search engines. HTTP
headers might be a better solution. YMMV, my 2 cents, yada yada.
