They have not, at least not one publicly available.

I wouldn't hold my breathe, though by saying that maybe they'll announce it
tomorrow.  <grin>  I believe Cobalt did release packages or RPMs for newer
versions of Apache for the RaQ2 (IIRC it came with 1.3.3 standard), not sure
if they have for any of the more recent lines.

Recompiling Apache with all of the existing modules on your RaQ (I assume
RaQ4, you didn't say) can be pretty tedious/tricky, but as long as you
backup the relevant files first there's not really any risk since you can
revert to the old version if it doesn't work out.
