it's all right now.
Another thing : the first host.domain defined at the begining is for
internal use (host.domain without .com or .fr) . Is it possible to configure
the server from outside ?
I have tryed to enter the public adress but it doesn't work.

IN the GUI site settings enter the alias onedomain.fr. in
the text block;

if the user is the siteadmin "cd /web"
Or if you are using a configureable ftp client, set the
client up to access /web.

No, but to keep your RaQ4 GUI operating properly, you must
use caution when
making command line changes (editing configuration files).
