[cobalt-users] RPMS that are safe to delete?

My / directory on my raq4 is at 95% (it keeps growing and growing all the time)

I need to clean house and I am unsure what RPMS are safe to delete.

Does anyone know of a list of those rpms that will not crash the box if deleted?

I did rpm -qa and saw the big list, but I am too new to linux and cobalt to safely determine which I can keep and which I cannot. I did a google search on damn near each one of them and I felt safe to delete (some) of them, but was unsure about the rest. If I had even the slightest doubt I kept it.

I saw a long long list in this group once, but apparently it was too long because everyone that replied to him said he was taking the engine out of his car or something. All I want to do is remove rpms that are doing nothing on my system.

I do not plan on doing any developing on the box. Is it safe to remove all the "devel" type rpms?

Is samba something I can delete?

Here is a list of what I have. I KNOW its a long list and I apologize for that. If someone could just write an arrow to the ones that are safe to delete I would appreciate it. Not that I WILL delete everything you draw an arrow to, but at least it will give me a starting point. If you could write a tiny reason why its safe to delete it, that would be great!

I realize this is a very big task! Thank you very much to anyone willing to take a stab at this! I am sure not only me, but everyone in this group with a 95% / will love you for it!
